We offer the Medical Certificate Service for our patients, such medical certificates carrying a QR Code that can be verified at our website. Simply scan the QR code given on the Medical Certificate and it would open the official verified link of that Document at our Website.

Such Medical Certificates are issued after the visit of our Authorized Doctor, who examine the patient Condition and then issue the Medical Certificate accordingly. Doctor won’t issue a medical certificate without fulfilling their own professional duty first. Doctors base their assessment on the reports & facts available to them, whether acquired directly from the patient or through their own observations. A patient’s right to confidentiality must be respected; diagnosis, or details of the illness are not to be included in a medical certificate without a patient’s consent.
